About Us

Joel is the Manager of Technical Support for EnergyCAP, Inc., where he manages technical support for EnergyCAP and is the first line of support for users.

Prior to joining EnergyCAP, Inc., Joel was an Information Technology Specialist for the Applied Research Lab at Penn State University. He was also a police officer in both Maryland & Virginia.

Joel earned his Associates Degree in Applied Computer Science from Penn Foster College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also attended Culinary School in Washington, D.C. In his free time Joel volunteers with the Special Olympics and the Salvation Army. He is married and has two daughters and one son. Joel enjoys motorcycling with his wife and coaching his son’s football team.
