About Us

Kurt is the Systems Integration Engineer for EnergyCAP, Inc., where he performs various IT-related projects for the Director of Technical Services; including custom software development, data analysis, and business intelligence reports. He is the subject matter expert in Custom Spreadsheets and MUVER.

He graduated in the spring of 2009 from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology (IST) with a focus on Information Systems Integration. His professional interests include Microsoft Visual Basic.NET and web development in PHP and ASP.NET.

Prior to joining EnergyCAP, Inc., Kurt was a part-time web developer for the Solutions Institute at Penn State’s College of IST. He joined EnergyCAP, Inc. part-time as an IT Developer/Technician in April 2008 during his junior year in college, and moved to his current position in June 2009 upon his graduation.

Outside work, Kurt enjoys a variety of hobbies which include spending time with his wife, playing tennis, reading historical and theological literature, and playing any of several bluegrass instruments.
