About Us

As Director of Technical Services for EnergyCAP, Inc., Ryan leads the team of Project Managers who perform EnergyCAP software implementations. Ryan enables his staff to do what they do best every day and provides customers with solutions that help them achieve their business goals and objectives. He holds several Project Management certificates from Penn State and is an AEE-certified Business Energy Professional.

Ryan specializes in User Manager, Permissions, Cost Center & Accounts Properties, Account/Meter Setup Wizard, Workflow Manager, Splits, Bill Import/Export, Template Manager, Bill Entry Screen, A/P Interface, Unit System, Unbundled/Deregulated Accounts, Login, and Administrator.

Highlights of Ryan’s experience prior to joining EnergyCAP, Inc. include:

Systems Design Specialist for the Applied Research Lab at Penn State University, where he managed several large-scale systems integration projects; Information Management Intern for GE Aircraft Engines, where he worked in the Quality Management department.

Ryan received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University in 2002.  He enjoys playing sports of various kinds as well as the stock market.  He is married and has two young daughters.
