Vance is a Web Application Developer for EnergyCAP, Inc., where he specializes in programming the online version of EnergyCAP.
Prior to joining EnergyCAP, Inc., Vance maintained and enhanced internal websites for Geisinger Health Plan and developed web applications for AmerITgrads.
Vance graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Application Development from Pennsylvania College of Technology. He enjoys being outdoors to hike, bike, or play sports, and likes to hang out with family and friends.
