Release 6.1

Release Notes

  • The Budget Manager has been significantly improved for much easier navigation and searches. It now operates on an account-meter basis, rather than just a meter basis, so multi-bill deregulated meters are accommodated.

  • Audit 48 (Actual vs. Budget) has been improved. We recommend that you create a realistic budget (your best estimate of “expected” bills) and then use Audit 48 to compare today’s actual bills vs. the budget. In most cases this is more accurate, which means fewer “false alarms” than auditing today’s bills vs. prior history (as is the case with Audit 46).

  • Cost Avoidance has been improved to handle multi-bill deregulated meters.

  • The Vendor Manager (Setup – Contacts – Vendors) now conveniently lists all accounts for each vendor.

  • All reports have been improved in some way. Reports are now updated monthly as issues are resolved and new reports created. A new report installation file is posted for download/updating in months that changes were made. To keep up to date on what reports have been modified from month to month, please see the online list.

  • The ENERGY STAR interface has been greatly improved. Now’s the time to activate your ENERGY STAR submittal service and obtain ratings for your buildings. The addition of “subspaces” helps ensure you’ll get the best possible rating!

  • An all-new Web-based reporting, benchmarking, and PowerViews module helps you gain the most value from your energy data.

  • Over 60 other fixes, tweaks, and minor enhancements.
