Close Batch right-click option added to the batch list in Work Flow Manager for users with Work Flow-modify permission. Allows a supervisor to close a batch created by another user, which can be important when a batch has to be closed but the batch originator is not available.

Edit estimated flag and note fields (Route Manager and Facility Manager). Added edit capability for monthly meter reading and channel data fields (estimated flag and notes). Use the Advanced option.
