Customer Service

1. Technical Support Specialist: This position will provide technical support to our customers for the multiple versions of our energy management software for EnergyCAP, Inc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide customer support via multiple communication channels
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operations to resolve problems
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, and installation activities
  • Develop internal and external help materials and process procedures
  • Train customers in the proper use of hardware and software

Software Engineering

2. Web Application Developer: This position will contribute in the coding and development of EnergyCAP software and web applications through an Agile-based work environment for EnergyCAP, Inc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and testing software and web applications
  • Maintaining deadlines set by supervisor in order to meet product demands

Technical Services

3. Project Manager – Software Implementation: This position will oversee clients through the installation, setup, data migration, and customization phases of successful EnergyCAP software implementations for EnergyCAP, Inc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set up and monitoring of implementation project timeline and resources
  • Employ software and interface customizations based on client specifications
  • Train client in software ensuring top optimization of business processes and objectives
