Support Suite
Support Suite is our technical support website, where EnergyCAP users can request technical support; create a help ticket; manage your account; search the knowledgebase; and download technical resources. We recommend that you bookmark Support Suite in your Web browser. To learn how to use Support Suite, watch this video.

User Manual
The User Manual is our searchable online technical reference manual for EnergyCAP Enterprise and Express (troubleshooting and issue resolution are addressed through Support Suite). Continuously updated, the User Manual offers the very best and most current information on using EnergyCAP. The User Manual includes detailed instructions on how to perform available functions and processes in the software. Tech videos are linked on the relevant pages and are also posted in the tech videos library.

Knowledgebase
The Support Suite Knowledgebase provides articles on common technical issues and errors, with a focus on rapid issue resolution. With a helpful search option, the Knowledgebase suggests relevant articles based on your search. You can also browse the Knowledgebase for articles that interest you. Content is categorized by the EnergyCAP application, so Enterprise users should look for "EC Enterprise" in the title of the article, Web users should look for "EC Web", and Professional users should look for "EC PRO".

Sample Report Viewer
The Sample Report Viewer provides an overview of every EnergyCAP Enterprise and Express report. With this helpful online tool, you can search all EnergyCAP reports, read descriptions, view a sample of the report, and even download a PDF image of the sample.
