About Us

John is the Director of Sales for EnergyCAP, Inc.  He has over ten years of sales experience including six years marketing and selling energy and utility bill management software. Currently John manages all direct sales opportunities and procurements for EnergyCAP Enterprise, Express, and GreenQuest. During his tenure as Director of Sales, the company has recorded double-digit sales growth each year, and for the past three years has appeared on the Inc. 5,000 Fastest Growing Private Companies. Other responsibilities include managing programs for business development, resellers, and consulting firms.

John earned a Master of Business Administration Degree and a Master of Science in Management Degree from the University of Denver, and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Calvin College (Grand Rapids, MI).  He is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers.  Prior to joining EnergyCAP, Inc., John was a corporate sales representative for the Colorado Rockies major league baseball club and the guest services manager for an Adams Mark Hotel.

He currently resides in State College, PA, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two cats.
