Daniel Behringer serves as EnergyCAP’s Chief Project Officer, leading EnergyCAP’s Project Management Office in the delivery of professional services including EnergyCAP implementation, configuration, and training. Behringer works closely with Management and the PMO team to improve processes, ensure successful client engagements, and propel projects to quickly deliver working solutions and value from EnergyCAP. A common theme across all of his experiences is leading teams of people to accomplish challenging projects on time and within scope.
Prior to joining EnergyCAP, Behringer served as a Principal Investigator at the Penn State Applied Research Lab, leading research and development of decision support technologies. Behringer also co-founded a social-gaming company, managed process improvement initiatives at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, led event services teams at the 2002 Winter Olympics, and supported natural gas scheduling and storage optimization at PPL.
Behringer graduated with High Distinction and Honors from the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and also holds a PMP certification.
