Paul Baier of Groom Energy has posted a thoughtful article about the critical importance of utility bill management for large organizations, especially those with green aspirations. Baier’s vital observation is that sustainability software providers in the new field of carbon accounting are facing what he calls a “large data capture problem” that can best be met by a robust historical utility bill database-the core of EnergyCAP’s energy management software.
