Shawn Lankton serves as CEO at EnergyCAP, the leading ERP for energy management and greenhouse gas reduction. With a proven track record of building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer success, and building innovating products, Shawn is dedicated to growing businesses the right way.

Before joining EnergyCAP, Shawn held multiple C-level positions at private equity-backed technology companies and consistently created strong revenue growth and investor returns. As a former consultant with McKinsey & Company, he co-founded The Firm’s SaaS practice where he advised technology clients on growth strategy and sales effectiveness.

Shawn earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech. He currently lives in Atlanta with his wife and two young children.
