Erika Jolly Brookes is EnergyCAP’s Chief Marketing Officer, leading brand strategy and growth. She brings over 25 years of experience in SaaS marketing, driving scale for B2B and B2C businesses.

Prior to EnergyCAP, Erika served as CMO at Higher Logic, Springbot, and Vitrue, later leading go-to-market efforts for Oracle’s Social Cloud following its acquisition of Vitrue. She began her career at MindSpring, playing a key role in its IPO and merger with EarthLink, where she held executive marketing positions for the $1.5B business.

Erika holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Berry College and has completed executive education in Finance at Harvard Business School and Marketing at Northwestern Kellogg. She served on the Atlanta Track Club Board from 2016 to 2024, including as Board Chair, and currently serves on the Atlanta Track Club Foundation Board and the Board of Advisors for Southern Pipe and Supply.
