Matthew Heinz serves as EnergyCAP’s Chief Administrative Officer. He oversees all Human Resources activities. Matthew is heavily involved in routine employee operations such as benefits selection and enrollment, compensation management, and professional development. Matthew also oversees the company’s facilities, helping to ensure the employees have the physical resources they need to be successful at their jobs.
Matthew has a 19-year tenure with the company. During his tenure, he founded and serves as the Board Treasurer of nonprofit Urugo Care Rwanda, which provides educational scholarships and health care for the disadvantaged in Rwanda, Africa. Prior to his current role at the company, he served in various other executive capacities such as National Sales Director, Director of Human Resources, and VP, Customer Service. Before he joined EnergyCAP he worked as a teaching assistant, a fundraiser for a national nonprofit organization, and an advocate for developmentally-disabled adults.
Matthew Heinz received his undergraduate degree from Bethel University, his MBA from North Park University, and a Master of Theology degree from Fuller Theological Seminary.
