Select the EnergyCAP software licensing option that fits your budget. Prefer a lower entry cost and consistent annual fee? Then our annual license is the perfect option. If you’ve received a grant or other one-time funding source, the purchase of a perpetual EnergyCAP software license may be advantageous. Discuss the options with your EnergyCAP sales representative to determine which license option is most appropriate for your organization.
EnergyCAP’s base license includes a long list of valuable features, including utility bill auditing, benchmarking, GHG tracking, calendarization, normalization, M&V, complete report library, and more. Optional modules can be added to your base license at any time meet more specific utility bill and energy management needs. Optional modules include Submeters & Chargebacks, Interval Data, Accounting Interface, Accruals, and MUVER.
Manage user rights on an individual basis or through the use of convenient, time-saving User Roles. Each online user has a login name, password, and assigned permissions. Users can be limited to individual buildings, departments or organizational levels. Authentication and authorization is a two-step process, and Single Sign-On (SSO) is available for ease of user login and deployment.
Most EnergyCAP Enterprise licensees appreciate the convenience of having us host the application and database in our commercial datacenter. However, organizations that are required—due to confidentiality or other concerns—to host their data on premises may elect to do so at no additional charge. We host the Express and Professional versions as Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) offerings.
Our commercial co-location facility has secure access, redundant power sources, high-speed Internet providers, and complies with SSAE-16 standards. Databases are backed up nightly to onsite and offsite locations. Data ownership resides with you and can be exported at any time.
EnergyCAP has an information technology schedule contract with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The GSA contract allows EnergyCAP to provide products and services to GSA-eligible organizations as an approved vendor, which expedites the purchasing process and guarantees the lowest available price. Ask your EnergyCAP sales representative for additional information.
