City of Westminster, Colorado is northwest of Denver with a population of 106,000 people.

Named for its proximity to the Santa Ana River, Riverside County is the 10th largest by population and 26th by land area in the United States. The County government maintains more than 1,800 facilities, manages approximately 4,500 utility accounts across 57 different vendors.

Situated in the Sonoran Desert and surrounded by five mountain ranges, the City of Tucson (population, 525,000+) has been continuously settled for thousands of years. Today the City celebrates a rich cultural heritage that includes a unique blend of Native American, Spanish, Mexican and Anglo-American influences. The Pennsylvania Department of General Services and experts from the Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI) led the charge when the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania implemented EnergyCAP UtilityManagement™ in 2019 in response to Governor Tom Wolf’s Executive Order 2019-01. Staff and experts decided that with the complexities of such a large data requirement, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania would need a feature-rich enterprise utility bill management system.

In 1974, the City of Lexington and Fayette County merged to form Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG), a municipality with nearly 324,000 residents. Utility management for LFUCG operations is overseen by the Energy Initiatives section within the Department of Environmental Quality & Public Works.
