EnergyCAP UtilityManagement audits each bill after it is entered to verify accuracy and flag potential problems.

Audit exceptions are highlighted on the bill to help you identify and resolve issues quickly. During manual bill entry, possible bill problems are highlighted on the bill entry screen to help you catch errors before bills are saved to your database. You can also manually flag bills, add notes, assign flags to other users, and record any savings in the Cost Recovery field. All actions are recorded in the bill’s timeline.
