2. Import or enter your bills. Every bill is automatically audited and flagged according to your audit rules as they are entered into EnergyCAP UtilityManagement. Users can also manually flag a bill if needed.
3. Review flagged bills. At this point, someone on your team will review the flagged bills and decide to take action or not.
4. Take action.  If you have researched and resolved the issue, you can resolve the flag. You can assign the flagged bill to one or more people for review, or add a comment to the audit log to keep a running history of the research and actions (or lack of action) taken.
5. Calculate cost recovery. The cost recovery field helps you track savings identified by bill audits. Your boss is going to love this part!
